Data Deletion Instructions

At SAVED9, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly through the SAVED9 app or by contacting our support team:

  1. Open the SAVED9 app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings or Profile.
  3. Select Account Settings.
  4. Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
  5. Confirm your deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account and all related data (including vehicle information, maintenance records, and personal profile data) will be permanently removed from our active databases.

Request Deletion via Email

Alternatively, you can request data deletion by sending an email to our support team. We will process your request within 30 days.

Please include the email address associated with your account in the message body.

Third-Party Logins (Facebook, Google, Apple)

If you registered using a third-party service, you can also manage or remove SAVED9's access through their respective platforms:

  • Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Find SAVED9 and click Remove.
  • Google: Visit your Google Account settings > Security > Third-party apps with account access. Select SAVED9 and click Remove Access.
  • Apple: Go to Settings on your iOS device > [Your Name] > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID. Select SAVED9 and tap Stop Using Apple ID.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, profile picture).
  • All vehicle details (make, model, year, VIN).
  • Your complete maintenance and service history.
  • Scanned document data and AI-generated maintenance schedules.

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period in our backups or as required by law for financial or audit purposes, but it will not be used for any other purpose and will be purged in accordance with our retention policy.
